Worried about health and the well-being of our students, we consider very important the fact that provide a appropiate menu to their needs.
For that purpose, our nutrition and kitchen team work together to achieve a well-balanced and rich diet with which enjoy, apart from eating well.
The Colegio San Pelayo has a new and modern kitchen, equipped with the latest technology.
From the academic year 19/20 the different menus at the school are designed and elaborated in there.
This, allows us to have careful consideration with the students who have allergies or food intolerances, adapting the menú to these characteristics.
We also adapt ourselves to the different particularities of the students, taking special care to the students who suffer allergies or food intolerances, making a safe menu according to the characteristics of the students.

HABITS
Health is most precious treasure we have, and it is based, fundamentally, on creating good habits referring to food and hygiene. We are worried about not only what we it, but also how we do it.
FUNCTIONING
- To point a child to school´s canteen must be done one day in advance and before 13:00h.
- The canteen service includes the care and attention of the students, from leaving class (12:30 to 13:00), until fold back to class at 14:30. Outside doors will be closed until 14:20h.
- Each student of infant education and to primary education will recieve an agenda with daily or weekly information.
- There might be fix users during all the academic year, fix discontinous users during all academic year but only some days at week, or occasional users at sporadic days.
